The dinner menu includes a welcome cocktail, four wines and four courses.

First course: Cream of Chantarelle Soup

Chanterelle mushrooms with yellow onions, leeks, croutons, dry white wine in a creamy, seasoned chicken stock base

Paired with Benton-Lane First Class Chardonnay

Second Course: Albacore Tuna Croquettes

Seasoned, panko-crusted Albacore tuna, yellow onion, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard, served atop a creamy lemon dill sauce, garnished with scallions

Paired with Acrobat Pinot Gris

Third Course: Grilled Salmon with Pumpkin Purée

Pacific salmon grilled and served atop zucchini with pumpkin purée, alongside Tillamook cheddar hasselback potatoes
